In the MISO footprint, generation is generally settled based on 5-minute intervals, while load is settled hourly. This creates a potential discrepancy for Demand Response resources, where load-based resources serve a similar function to generation. The purpose of this issue is to define and resolve any potential discrepancies, including but not limited the calculation of Calculated Baselines (CBL) for Demand Response Resources Type I (DDR1s).
