MISO was asked to modify the LMR registration process requiring ARCs to submit registration information on a Location basis without any initial ties to an Enrollment name.  

This issue is subsumed into MISO's ongoing work to develop a Locational Enrollment Tool.  The tool is currently (2024) in development for EDRs and DRRs; work on incorporating LMRs is planned to start in 2025.  The earliest this tool will be available to LMRs is the 26-27 PRA registration period which starts December 15, 2025.  MISO will explore interim procedural changes to incorporate in the next BPM-011 update.
