This effort focuses on improved rigor in project progress reporting, better situational awareness for potential project withdrawals by Transmission Owners, and an approach for review of Baseline Reliability Projects with in-service date ≥ 5 years from its inclusion in MTEP.
This issue encompasses the issue submitted by DTE and assigned to the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) by the Steering Committee in January 2021.
Issue closed October 2021 with implementation of BPM language.
