MISO Dashboard

LMR performance measurement and verification (M&V) is inconsistent with the way the LMR program is dispatched. MISO was asked to sum performance of LMRs by Market Participant across a Local Balancing Authority (LBA). MISO responded that the proposal is in direct contradiction to the FERC approved filing and will not make any changes in the near-term.
