Enable different Market Participants to register a single facility to provide different demand response services without double-counting concerns.

Some commercial and industrial customers in MISO participate in capacity programs through their utility or are on interruptible rates and registered as Load Modifying Resources by their utility. These commercial and industrial customers may also be technically capable of quick response curtailment and could provide energy and/or ancillary service products as well as capacity and should be able to participate in MISO’s markets and provide separate services through aggregators of retail customers (ARCs).
