In the November 9, 2021 meeting of the Interconnection Process Working Group (IPWG) stakeholders were invited to review and submit feedback on BPM015 Section 6.6.1 Annual ERIS (AERIS) Study Deposit Requirement.
BPM015 Section 6.6.1 – MISO proposed for the following language to be added to the BPM/Tariff.
"There is no additional cost to the Interconnection Customer to perform Annual ERIS and interim deliverability study, except when MISO has to hire consultants to perform any part of the study. Interconnection Customer is then responsible for the actual cost of the consultant study. In such a case, Interconnection Customer will be required to provide a study deposit of $60K at beginning and could be adjusted by the consultant study cost estimate."
