The development of Scenario #3 models for the Michigan CIL/CEL studies has been completed and the models are posted to the MISO ShareFile at https://misoenergy.sharefile.com/f/foe16232-e27c-4359-9779-bc74708fe96e. MISO is requesting feedback on the models posted.

Please provide feedback by January 20.

Consumers Energy appreciates the opportunity to review the Michigan CIL/CEL Scenario #3 models and submits the following feedback:

It appears that J H Campbell 2 is modeled as ON. J H Campbell 2 should be modeled as retired, or OFF, in Scenario #3 according to the Michigan Capacity Import/Export Limit Study Scope Document.
It appears that J H Campbell 3 is modeled as OFF. J H Campbell 3 has a projected retirement date that is beyond the Scenario #3 target year (2035). Therefore, J H Campbell 3 should be modeled as ON.
