The Environmental Sector thanks MISO for its efforts and timely progress on this issue. We were glad to see the positive stakeholder response to MISO’s Tariff Attachment FF, Section 1.C.12 revision proposal, and appreciate this opportunity to comment on the proposed BPM and Universal NDA form language.
Our Sector members support MISO’s proposed revisions to BPM-020 Section 2.7 and Appendix E. Along with the Tariff revision, this new BPM provision and NDA form will protect confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information while supporting stakeholders’ rights to participate in planning. MISO’s approach recognizes that all of its stakeholder sectors are valuable members in the planning process, and that access to information is critical to robust participation. We appreciate MISO’s efforts to advance this issue, and look forward to the finalization of these drafts next month.
