WEC Energy Group recommends the following items for review during the Stakeholder Gov Guide Workshop:

Review of language within section 3.7.2 regarding email voting "should be the exception, not the norm" - nearly all recent motions were conducted via email
Consideration a formal definition of "business days" to exclude MISO recognized holidays
