Clean Grid Alliance appreciates the opportunity to provide comments on Shared Interconnection Facilities Process Improvements. This is a topic of great importance to Clean Grid Alliance members and we appreciate and support MISO’s attention and proposal to improve this process. Our one suggestion is that the consent agreement should not be applicable or required when the queue positions are both held by the same interconnection customer, such as an expansion of a facility.
