Our handful of comments are of an editorial or clarifying nature.

The following feedback is offered by The Entergy Operating Companies ("EOCs")[1] in response to the request made during the April 20th, 2023 Market Subcommittee meeting concerning the request for comments on the Compensation for MISO Rescheduled Generator Outages (MSC-2022-3). In general, the EOCs believe that recommendation and posted Attachment BB Tariff  are acceptable. Below is a more detailed response to the individual questions posed by MISO.

 

Comments on Attachment BB Tariff redlines:

 

  • The EOC’s agree with MISO’s recommendation to move forward with the Load Ratio Share methodology as it better allocates those costs among those Market Participants who benefit from the delayed outages. Additionally, EOC agree that using the RT_MISC charge code is an appropriate allocation of these charges
