In the January 31, 2023 meeting of the Settlements User Group (SUG) meeting of the Settlements User Group (SUG) stakeholders were invited to submit feedback on the presented Market-Based or Energy-Based Cost Allocation Solution Alternatives for Compensation for MISO Rescheduled Generator Outages.

    1. Is a market-based or energy-based cost allocation solution better than the existing allocation to Firm Transmission Customers?
    2. Should cost allocation be made via Market Ratio Share or Load Ratio Share?
    3. Given the low frequency for this type of settlement, would stakeholders prefer this be funneled through the RT_RNU, RT_MISC, or some other charge type?

Feedback is due February 14, 2023.
