This workshop is stakeholder focused, so stakeholders may follow along in CROW CCE if their Local Security Administrator (LSA) can create an account for them and assign a certificate. A CROW CCE account, however, is not required for participation. The workshop is intended for both new and existing CROW users.
Topics include an overview of the CROW outage scheduling system, how to navigate the tool, how to create outages and change requests. Recent Resource Availability and Need (RAN) enhancements will be discussed as well as when to include breakers in outage tickets.
