Our Process
Candidates typically follow these steps: interview with a recruiter, interview with a hiring manager, then interview with a panel. Initial interviews may be conducted via phone or video conference. MISO practices a behavioral-based interview approach to focus on how you’ve performed in prior situations. The STAR technique allows candidates to be specific with examples of your experience and how it makes you a great fit for MISO. Learn more about this method and review sample questions on our Interview Guide.
Offer and Onboarding
Once the hiring manager selects a candidate, a MISO recruiter will extend an offer. Once the offer is accepted, "Congratulations!" Your recruiter will guide you through the onboarding process.
