MISO Dashboard

The MISO-SPP Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) requires coordination of milestones and amount of service that can commence until Network Upgrades on impacted party’s system are in-service.  The RTOs have jointly identified a process improvement to bring better service and efficiency to customers in each RTO for discussion with stakeholders.  MISO can utilize its Annual ERIS (AERIS) and Quarterly Operating Limit (QOL) interim study processes for MISO projects limited by SPP constraints.
