MISO is issuing a resettlement in the amount $603,269.61 via a RT_MISC on the S105 statement for Operating Day 10/4/2024. These funds represent a Market Participant’s voluntary repayment back to MISO due to certain erroneous meter data information reported to MISO between June 2023 and August 2023. The Market Participant notified the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Office of Enforcement of this issue and understands that MISO will allocate these funds to the affected Market Participants using a pro-rata based Market Ratio Share between the period of June 2023 and August 2023.
