MISO has granted a System-Wide Excessive Energy Exemption Flag (EEEF) on Operating 2/28/2025 for HE 23, 24, and 3/1/2025 HE 1, due to EMS system and ICCP database maintenance. The change is reflected on the S55 Settlement Statements.
