Allegra Nottage

Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Chief Diversity Officer

Allegra Nottage serves as MISO’s senior vice president of human resources and chief diversity officer. She has more than 20 years of progressive global experience as a human resources leader with expertise in talent management, change management and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).

Nottage spent the majority of her career in large Fortune 100 companies leading work in areas such as diversity and talent effectiveness programs, executive development and assessments, and serving as a global HR leader supporting employees in the U.S. and Asia Pacific. Her D&I experience covers a wide range of responsibilities from recruiting to more advanced areas of inclusion and equity such as management accountability.

Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, Nottage had the opportunity to live in many locations as her family was stationed at various U.S. military posts including Walter Reed in Washington, D.C, the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, and Fitzsimons in Colorado. She earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Wilmington University, Delaware.
